4. Glitter AI: best for talking through a process

Glitter AI turns a narrated recording into an SOP, with speech support in many languages. The free plan includes 10 guides with 5-minute recordings; Pro is $16 per seat per month billed annually. Weakness: short free recordings.

5. Guidde: best if you want video, not text

Guidde makes narrated video guides with AI voiceover. The free plan includes 25 videos; Pro starts at $19 per creator per month billed annually. Weakness: videos are slower to skim and to update than written steps.
